Design of Class F Power Amplifier for 433 MHz

چکیده

The proposed work focuses on the design of a class F power amplifier for 433 MHz which can be used RFID applications. Power requires high efficiency and low dissipation, especially in wireless base stations. In this work, is employed to achieve by wave shaping drain terminal waveforms with suitable harmonic termination networks. At terminal, voltage current waveform shaped into square half sinusoidal employing harmonics control circuit. designed using Advanced Design Software (ADS) simulator has yielded output 44.5 dBm balancing given input 30 at fundamental frequency gain 14.5 dBm. It was evident from that added circuit suppressed all other except third frequency.
